OM MIG
Jag är konstnär, arkitekt och illustratör med bas i Småland.
Jag arbetar med konstnärliga projekt, offentlig gestaltning och samskapande processer.
Ofta börjar arbetet i en plats, en berättelse eller något som redan finns där.
Mitt arbete rör sig mellan konst, arkitektur och deltagande processer. Jag är särskilt intresserad av platser – av det som redan finns där i form av berättelser, människor, material och natur – och av hur konsten kan göra sådant synligt på nya sätt.
Jag arbetar undersökande och ofta i dialog med andra. Samtal, workshops och insamlat material kan bli en del av processen och så småningom ta form som collage, textil, installationer eller verk i offentlig miljö. Min bakgrund inom arkitektur finns med i hur jag ser på rum, sammanhang och människans relation till sin omgivning.
I mitt eget konstnärskap återkommer natur, minne och berättelser, liksom ett intresse för material och hantverk. Jag tycker om att låta det vardagliga och förbisedda få ta plats – och att hitta det oväntade i det som redan finns omkring oss.
